1. Indentation is not clear, dark lines, blowing lines

Causes: poor paper quality, paper moisture content is too low, so that its brittleness increases, toughness decreases; steel line selection is not right; steel line pad paper is too low or too high; moulding machine pressure is not properly adjusted.

Solution: readjust the height of the steel wire; check whether the steel wire selection is appropriate; appropriate adjustment of the pressure size of the die-cutting machine; according to the condition of the die-cutting machine moulding cardboard, adjust the die-cutting and creasing process conditions, so that the two are adapted to the best possible.

2. Cutting is not smooth

4. Indentation line unruly

Causes: row of knives, fixed knife tightness is not appropriate, the bottom can not be with the iron platform plane to achieve the desired contact effect, easy to appear when the indentation of twisting (steel line is too tight); indentation is easy to the left and right stringing (steel line is too loose); insufficient thickness of the steel line mat paper; groove angle is not standardised, there are redundant rounded corners; indentation groove on the steel line mat paper is left too wide, the position of the indentation is not fixed.

Solution: Replace the steel wire matting, the pressure slot to stay narrow; increase the thickness of the steel wire matting; correct the slot angle; row of knives fixed knife tightness should be appropriate.

5. Die-cutting machine after die-cutting cardboard with a knife

Causes: the pressure on the die plate is not uniform, the pressure of small places even knife; die knife blade is not sharp, resulting in even knife; paper thickness is too large, can not completely cut through the paper.

Solution: replace the mould knife according to the actual situation; increase the local pressure.
